The Coal India Management Trainee (CIL MT) exam is the recruitment gateway into the executive cadre of Coal India Limited, a Maharatna company under the Ministry of Coal and the largest coal-producing company in the world. Management Trainees are recruited discipline-wise — in fields such as Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Finance, Personnel/HR and Community Development — and are posted across CIL's coal-producing subsidiaries such as BCCL, CCL, SECL, NCL, WCL, ECL and MCL.
