Find the value of 9C3.
Solution: ⁿCᵣ = n!/(r!(n − r)!) = 84.
A cone has base radius 10 cm and height 24 cm. What is its slant height?
Solution: l = √(r² + h²) = √(100 + 576) = 26 cm.
Aptitude test for admission to the five-year B.Arch degree in India.
The Council of Architecture conducts NATA to test drawing, observation, aesthetic sensitivity and reasoning for architecture. Part A is a drawing test on paper, and Part B is an adaptive online test.
There are 20 full Part B tests on the 42 + 8 structure. They cover mathematics, logical reasoning, architecture, design and colour awareness, general aptitude and numerical geometry. Practise the Part A drawing tasks separately with timed sketching.
Numerical questions are computed fresh for every mock, so they never repeat. Concept questions (named reactions, definitions, architecture awareness and similar) come from a curated pool. Once a pool is used up its questions can return in later mocks, but never twice in the same mock.
Check whether you meet the NATA eligibility criteria and understand exactly how the paper is structured and marked before you plan your preparation.

NATA has two parts, each 90 minutes long. Part A is an offline drawing test with three tasks worth 80 marks. Part B is an online, computer-adaptive aptitude test of 50 questions worth 120 marks: 42 multiple-choice questions (B1) and 8 numerical-answer questions (B2). Marks per question vary with difficulty, so these mocks score every question equally (2.4 marks each, 120 in total). There is no negative marking. These mocks cover Part B only. The numerical B2 items are shown as four-option questions, and figure-based visual-reasoning items are not included yet. Numerical questions are computed fresh for every mock, so they never repeat. Concept questions (named reactions, definitions, architecture awareness and similar) come from a curated pool. Once a pool is used up its questions can return in later mocks, but never twice in the same mock.
